Abstract:

本文采用球磨工艺结合高温固相法合成TbAl3(BO3)4多晶原料,根据DSC-TGA谱图确定原料的烧结工艺,并对原料进行XRD和磁化率的测定,其磁化率为2.46E-5。分别用自制模块通过导模法和自制的熔盐炉采用助熔剂法对TbAl3(BO3)4进行生长,并对其生长工艺进行了探索,寻求其成为紫外和可见光波段法拉第磁光材料的可能性。通过调整温度梯度、晶体拉速、助熔剂的浓度等条件,以提高晶体光学质量。生长出的TbAl3(BO3)4属三方晶系,a=b=9.293(13),c=7.249(6),α=β=90°,γ=120°,物化性能稳定,不潮解。在室温下晶体在可见光波段透过范围很宽。晶体中的包裹主要是...
