Abstract：
以第四方物流企业管理人员的胜任特征为研究对象,根据胜任力模型理论,编制调查问卷,通过实证研究构建第四方物流企业管理人员的胜任力模型。综合运用层次分析法对分析结果进行综合评价,确定指标权重。最后对模型的构建方法和应用提出了建议。
