Abstract:

<正>光催化水分解制氢是解决当前能源危机的一种理想途径。光催化制氢催化剂以TiO_2的研究最为广泛,但是TiO_2的禁带宽度大,在光解水制氢的应用上,量子效率非常低。最近大量无机半导体材料,如SnNb_2O_6、In_(1-x)Ni_xTaO_4、Ga_(1-x)Zn_xO_(1-x)N_x和AgInZn_7S_9等被报道有良好的活性和较高的量子效率。探索新型高效的光催化材料,提高光催化效率、揭示光催化
