Abstract:

整体式桥台桥梁(简称:整体桥)将上部结构和桥台固结在一起,从而取消桥台处的伸缩缝和支座,从根本上解决伸缩缝和支座的耐久性问题。由温度升降、混凝土收缩徐变等引起的主梁膨胀和收缩通过桥台传递到桥头搭板、台后填土和桩周围土中。本文以福建某整体桥为工程背景,采用MIDAS/CIVIL软件,建立有限元模型。利用该模型进行大量参数分析。研究发现,以主梁抗弯、桩身强度和桩基裂缝宽度等作为控制参数,在保持主梁截面形式、跨径和桥台桩基不变的情况下,该整体桥通过增加跨数,其极限长度值可达210m。桥长的增大对桥台处梁端纵桥向位移影响较大,对桥头搭板的设计提出较高要求。
