Abstract:

阳离子取代法是提高Cu_2ZnSn(S,Se)_4太阳电池效率的有效方法~([1])。在本文中,我们通过元素前驱体溶液法用Ag~+微量取代Cu~+,在柔性钼箔上制备了具有不同Ag/(Ag+Cu)比例的(Cu_(1-x)Ag_x)_2ZnSn(S,Se)_4(CAZTSSe)太阳电池。结果表明,CZTSSe薄膜的带隙随掺银含量(0-6%)改变,其趋势呈现先减小后增大,在x=5%时带隙达到最小值。同时银掺杂可以改善薄膜表面形貌,SEM截面呈现典型的三层结构。通过银掺杂提高了CZTSSe/CdS界面处的耗尽区宽度(W d),降低了开路电压损耗(V_(oc,def)),抑制了带尾态,并且减少了界面复合...
