Abstract：
S-038抑胃酶剂是福东链霉菌S-038菌株产生的。经正丁醇萃取、硅胶柱层析分离得到并经过DEAE-52纤维素和Sephedex G-15层析纯化。通过理化性质、紫外光谱、红外光谱、氨基酸分析,高压液相色谱以及质谱等的研究,认为其主要组分与Pepstatin A同质。
