Abstract:
平均每人每天摄入食物1350.56g.碳水化物、脂肪、蛋白质三者供能比例较合理,但 早餐供能偏低,中、晚餐供能偏高.主、副食品品种单调.相对体重(γ)属于正常者男性占 51.86%, 女性58.82%.取负荷试验维生素缺乏与不足者B125%、B210.11%、C14.75.
