Abstract：
讨论了包装薄膜、气体成份、贮藏温度对枇杷气调包装效果的影响，得出初步结论：用10～30μm厚 LDPE簿膜对枇杷自然气调包装，室温下保存期可达10天．8℃下冷藏，保存期可达30天．
