Abstract：
本文研制了以磷钨酸－四环素为电活性物质的四环素选择性电极。电极的斜率为54mv/pc。四环素测定的线性范围为1．26×10－2mol／L～5．0×10－5mol／L。最低检测限为3．16×10－5mol／L。该电极应用于四环素药片中四环素含量的测定，方法快速简便，准确。
