Abstract：
研究了不同酸性介质中邻一氨基苯胂酸（简称Ｏ－ＡＡ）和对－氨基苯胂酸（简称Ｐ－ＡＡ）的吸收光谱。建立了双波长分光光度法在０．３０ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１ＨＣＩ介质中测定Ｏ－ＡＡ的新方法，己应用于作为饲料添加剂用的Ｐ－ＡＡ中微量Ｏ－ＡＡ的测定，得到满意的结果。
