Abstract：
分析了４Ｃｒ５ＭｏＳｉＶ１钢模具顶杆离子渗氮技术的难点。提出设置辅助阴极改善顶杆渗氮温度均匀性的对策。根据试验结果指出，只有以热分解氨为气源采用合适的温度与气压，才能使顶杆达到均匀而有效的硬化效果。文中还讨论了顶杆离子渗氮的特性以及解决畸变问题的途径。
