Abstract：
研究结构表明,长度与直径比例很大且富含Cr和Ni的模具顶杆与排气阀的均匀渗氮问题可以利用设置合适的阴极产生的空心阴极效应(HCE)而得到有效的解决,讨论了因HCE引起的等离子体振荡对离子渗氮过程及其硬化作用的影响.
