以钝顶螺旋藻粉为原料, 经复水、胶磨、均质、浸提, 及等电点法, 提取其中的蛋白质,同时研制出钝顶螺旋藻蛋白质提取工艺条件, 使产品的蛋白质含量达89-8 % . 蛋白质的提取率达98 % .
