以钝顶螺旋藻粉为原料,经复水、胶磨、均质、浸提,及等电点法,提取其中的蛋白质,同时研制出钝顶螺旋藻蛋白质提取工艺条件,使产品的蛋白质含量达89.8%.蛋白质的提取率达98%.
