Abstract：
素质教育必须解决好“考什么”、“怎么考”的问题 ,从而正确地引导和调节学生学习投入方向和学习目标 ,确保素质的提高。本文认为素质教育必须考核学生的智力因素和非智力因素 ,并对考试的形式进行比较 ,对试卷的设置和评分的控制进行分析
