针对三坐标测量机几何误差软件补偿中采用线性插值法推算 18项基本运动误差存在的问题 ,从理论上分析论证了运动构件沿各坐标轴运动时基本运动误差中的直线度误差与转角误差的内在关系 ,对基本运动误差的神经网络建模提供了理论依据。
