Abstract:
该文针对现有几何误差软件补偿过程中采用线性插值法推算该模型中的十八项基本运动误差所存在的问题,首次从理论上系统地分析论证了构件沿各坐标轴运动十八项基本误差的直线度误差与转角误差的内在关系,得出对基本运动误差神经网络建模有指导意义的结论。
