在对持续创新特性分析研究的基础之上,构建了一套评价高新区产业集群持续创新能力的指标体系,并且用多指标模糊评价法对南京、上海、广州、青岛、厦门、福州等高新区产业集群的持续创新能力进行实证研究,最后提出创新加速度这一概念,对持续创新能力进行了深入研究。
