Abstract：
采用聚乙二醇-硫酸铵双水相系统分离手性药物扁桃酸.研究了聚乙二醇分子量、相组成、pH值和温度对扁桃酸分离的影响.结果表明,聚乙二醇分子量对双水相分离扁桃酸的影响最大;温度对扁桃酸的分离几乎没有影响;随pH增大,扁桃酸分配系数减少.
