Abstract：
环境法学是一门独立的学科 ,有其特定的基本理论 ,和产生、发展存在的特定原因 ,以及特定的目的和任务。但目前法学界关于环境法学的基本问题如概念、研究对象、特征较少论述 ,本文拟就这方面内容进行初步探讨
