环境法学是一门独立的学科,有其特定的基本理论,和产生、发展存在的特定原因,以及特定的目的和任务.但目前法学界关于环境法学的基本问题如概念、研究对象、特征较少论述,本文拟就这方面内容进行初步探讨.
