以激发学生上体育课的兴趣和增强学生的体质为指导思想,运用电脑技术,以自行设计开发的“体育课程管理系统”对福州大学选项教学过程进行优化改革。阐述了优化改革模式的运作方法并对一些相关问题提出了看法和建议。
