Abstract：
几丁质酶是植物抗真菌基因工程的研究热点之一。文章综述了豆科植物几丁质酶的性质、功能及其基因特性。豆科植物几丁质酶是抗植物真菌病害最有意义的蛋白之一,事实表明,提高几丁质酶在转基因食品及作物中的表达量可有效减少植物致病菌所造成的损失。
