Abstract：
在活化剂氨三乙酸存在下,痕量锰催化高碘酸钾氧化茜素绿,β-环糊精使高碘酸钾氧化茜素绿体系的灵敏度再提高2.5倍,选择性得到明显改善。测定锰的线性范围为0.4~2.4 ng.mL-1,检出限为0.097 ng.mL-1,相对标准偏差0.45%(n=12),该方法可用于酒样、谷物中锰的测定。该研究也对该体系的反应机理进行了探讨。
