研究了在pH4.4HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,锰(Ⅱ)催化高碘酸钾氧化茜素绿的褪色反应,建立了测定痕量锰的新催化光度法.方法的线性范围为0～3.2μg/L,检测限为7.4×10-8g/L,相对标准偏差RSD=0.93%(n=11).用于铝合金中锰的测定,结果满意.
