Abstract：
高校高层次人才在促进海峡西岸经济区建设中肩负重要的历史使命。本文就福建省高校高层次人才队伍建设现状,分析高校高层次人才的引进与培养工作存在的问题,从加强领导、增加投入、完善管理、优化环境等方面进一步阐述加强高校高层次人才培养与引进的对策措施。
