Abstract：
用高性能飞利浦PW2424型X射线荧光光谱仪,测定中、低合金钢类钢筋建材中的Si、Mn、P、S、Ni、Cr、Cu、Ti、V、Nb、Mo等11个化学元素的含量。创建标准工作曲线,给出各元素的干扰校正系数和基体效应校正系数。方法准确、灵敏,稳定性好,速度快。
