Abstract：
本文介绍了X射线荧光光谱的IQ+无标样定量法应用于医疗用Ni-Cr烤瓷合金的分析,检测了合金中Ni、Cr、Mo、Al、Co、Ti、Si、Fe、Cl等元素的含量.结果表明IQ+软件的分析速度快、准确度较高、稳定性好,是一种相当实用的应用软件.
