Abstract：
本文介绍一种利用径向基函数(RBF)神经网络改善传感器精度的新方法。RBF网络具有良好的非线性映射能力,能以任意精度逼近任何非线性函数。本文利用RBF网络较强的非线性映射能力对电磁力平衡传感器进行温度补偿,实验表明该方法实现了传感器高精度的温度补偿。
