Abstract：
腐竹由于营养价值丰富而深受人们喜爱,但是近年来不断发现一些不法分子,在生产中添加了国家多次明令禁止的甲醛次硫酸氢钠(俗称“吊白块”),由于吊白块在使用过程中易分解,可通过测定其分解产物甲醛和二氧化硫来判定产品中是否含有吊白块。
