Abstract：
我国面临的知识产权摩擦日益增多,文章通过各种数据、案例,探讨了知识产权壁垒的多种表现形式,分析了由知识产权壁垒所带来＂超绝对利益＂,并以市场竞争、市场结构和社会价值观为基础点和出发点,力求澄清过度保护所引发的各种效应。
