Abstract：
虽然诺贝尔经济学奖是为了奖励对经济学作出杰出贡献的学者而设立的,但是不可否认的是其中许多获奖理论也对管理理论作出了不少贡献。重点讨论经济学与管理学这两门学科的区别与联系,并且对获奖理论中对管理理论有贡献的部分进行梳理和分析。
