校园舆论环境是高校师生生活的外在精神环境。在当今网络条件下,校园舆论的可控制难度增大、敏感性增强,校园舆情趋于复杂,应该转变观念,以开放的理念和科学的策略引导校园舆论,营造良好的校园舆论环境。
