Abstract:

基于顾客视角的企业声誉是近两年来的前沿理论,如何将其与顾客行为联系起来是一大挑战。本文通过整合以往的理论和实证研究,试图将企业声誉与顾客公民行为和顾客承诺联系起来,以期为企业声誉管理实践和理论研究作出一定的贡献。
