实施多样化人才培养模式是高校对高等教育大众化的积极应对,也是国家建设高等教育强国的必然要求。福州大学从准确定位多元人才培养目标、完善各类人才培养方案、探寻开放式多元化育人模式、构建柔性教学管理运行机制四个方面实现多样化人才培养模式的构建。
