Abstract：
本文在实证研究的基础上,结合福州市各县(市)区政府绩效评估的实践工作经验,分析了基层政府绩效评估工作的具体做法及取得的初步成效、存在的难题和可供选择的改进思路,以推进福州市基层政府绩效评估的实践进程。
