Abstract：
采用电激诱导蚯蚓产生抗菌肽,考察了影响诱导率的因素。在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交试验优化了诱导工艺。结果表明:最佳诱导工艺条件为:电压5V、pH6.0、诱导时间为2min,诱导率达95.2%。
