Abstract：
为了确定薄壁高强韧轻载动力机械活塞的最佳工艺及模具结构,采用Flow-3D对不同挤压铸造工艺方案的充型及凝固过程进行了模拟,确定了最佳的工艺方案。基于此方案的模流分析,优化了模具结构。经生产验证,设计方案合理,符合铸件使用要求。
