Abstract：
针对大型卡环铸钢件的技术要求和生产实际开展铸造工艺设计研究,对铸件进行三维建模并采用Pro CAST软件对铸件充型过程进行数值模拟,选择较优方案通过实际试制,获得了完整、无裂纹、品质良好且符合使用需求的产品。
