Abstract:
采用高温固相法合成Eu~(3+)掺杂的KGd (WO_4)_2系列红色发光材料. x射线衍射表明,1000℃高温焙烧下的KGd (WO_4)_2荧光粉为纯相晶体结构.样品可被近紫外光394 nm和蓝光465 nm有效吸收,发射出Eu~(3+)的特征光谱.研究了Eu~(3+)的掺杂量、保温时间及不同助熔剂对样品发光性能的影响,结果表明:KGd(WO_4)_2:Eu~(3+)是一种很有应用前景的白光LED用荧光材料.
