Abstract:
采用高温固相法合成Eu3+掺杂的KGd(WO4)2系列红色发光材料.x射线衍射表明,1000℃高温焙烧下的KGd(WO4)2荧光粉为纯相晶体结构.样品可被近紫外光394 nm和蓝光465 nm有效吸收,发射出Eu3+的特征光谱.研究了Eu3+的掺杂量、保温时间及不同助熔剂对样品发光性能的影响,结果表明:KGd(WO4)2:Eu3+是一种很有应用前景的白光LED用荧光材料.
