Abstract：
基于某客车新型桁架式底盘,确定结构形式后,对模型进行简化及有限元建模。基于其布置形式,对转向过程中车身扭转带来的后轮悬空状态进行分析,明确了其在转弯工况下的载荷与边界情况,并基于此进行模态、变形与应力分析,并据此提出改进方案,优化设计强度和刚度,提升车辆动态特性。
