钢纤维能大幅提高配筋超高性能混凝土(HRUHPC)结构的抗弯抗裂性能,充分发挥超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的强度、韧性和延性,但钢纤维掺量增加的同时也会增加材料的制备成本。为探究是否存在最佳的钢纤维掺量,对钢纤维体积掺量分别为1. 5%、3%、4. 5%的3组HRUHPC板进行四点弯曲性能试验。试验结果表明:钢纤维掺量为1. 5%、3. 0%、4. 5%的HRUHPC矩形板的开裂强度分别为7. 4,9. 6,14. 4 MPa,极限强度为44. 5,57. 6,62. 9 MPa;钢纤维掺量对HRUHPC矩形板的开裂强度和抗弯极限强度影响显著;当钢纤维掺量超过3%时,HRUHPC板开裂后的抗弯刚...
