Abstract：
基于量子力学的隧道效应,探究导电硅橡胶的压阻特性,以实验的方式拟合压力和导电硅橡胶电阻值的数学模型。根据触觉传感器压力检测方式,设计多层式传感器结构,实现外界接触力的检测,并对传感器的输出特性进行误差分析,验证了该传感器结构的合理性。
