Abstract:

本发明涉及一种基于恒定电场的机器人触觉传感器及接触位置的检测方法,包括上下依次设置的上柔性层、网状隔层和下柔性层,所述上柔性层由绝缘面和导电面上下贴合组成,所述下柔性层由上下设置的导电层和绝缘层组成,所述导电层由内外依次套设的导电内圈、导电外圈和圈式电极组成;所述上柔性层的导电面与下柔性层的导电层分布与网状隔层的上下面贴合。本发明的有益效果在于:本发明为非阵列式触觉传感器,所采用的材料均具有柔性能够大面积地包覆在机器人表面来检测接触位置,具有结构简单,布线少,制作工艺简单,成本低,实时性能好等特点。
