Abstract：
进入新时代,在全面深化改革的大背景下,福建高等教育综合改革面临着新的机遇,也面临着新的挑战,应从精准定位、更新理念、理清职权、注重全面、凸显特色、民生为重、接轨国际等七个方面把握好改革新动力,推进＂双一流＂大学建设。
