Abstract:
对淬火2A12-T4铝合金T形型材进行电磁校形试验研究。结果表明:通过电磁校形能实现给定T形型材的可控校形,工艺效率高。对于带整体翘曲型缺陷的型材,根据弯曲变形规律打击局部区域可获得校形效果;对于带缘板局部波浪形缺陷的型材,顺序打击局部缺陷处可实现校形;对于整体翘曲与缘板局部波浪缺陷并存的型材,先校形缘板局部波浪缺陷,再校形整体翘曲可达到形状精度要求。在相同压下量下,与长时加载的压力机校形相比,电磁校形时T形型材的切向应力分布梯度更大,导致沿长度方向上产生了更大的塑性变形,加载与变形瞬时完成,校形效率高。
