Abstract:

发酵法生产味精工艺中,提取味精后的废液内含有大量的谷氨酸菌体蛋白,对其絮凝过滤机理进行了研究,采用高分子化合物作为絮凝剂,用絮凝过滤方法分离提取谷氨酸菌体蛋白. 该方法操作简单、菌体得率高.
