Abstract:

经过X射线粉末衍射和红外光谱测定比较,提出了液相合成YVO4及Tm∶YVO4的最佳条件,应将溶液的pH值控制在7左右. 使用该法合成的原料用提拉法可成功地生长出10mm×20mm~35mm×40mm的大尺寸优质单晶,而且剩料经多次使用仍可生长出优质单晶.
