党的十五大之后,高校内部管理体制改革再次被推到高校改革的前沿.新一轮改革的实质和特点与前几轮有根本不同.文章认为,调整高校权力结构、提升管理的专业化水平、彻底打破困扰学校发展的后勤瓶颈是改革进一步推进的方向.
